Case Manager Cando 

Heartview is searching for a caring, dedicated and motivated Case Manager to join the team. The right individual for this position will work closely with our clinical team to provide case management to patients involved in substance abuse treatment.  

Licensure/Education - Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health or related field OR one to two years' experience providing case management to individuals with behavioral health needs.  
Skills: The individual will need to recognize addiction and related physical and behavioral health needs, demonstrate initiative, the ability to work on a team and independently.  Great communication and organizational skills are necessary. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of a culturally diverse patient population is also required.  The individual will be organized yet flexible in order to respond to change and priorities and have the ability to establish respectable working relationships with patients, family members, team members and community providers.  
Pay: $19-22/hour

Full Time Maintenance Technician - Apply Today

The right individual will be in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards. We are looking for an individual who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively. Someone who is self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary.

Education/Experience-A high school or equivalency diploma. One year of maintenance experience preferred.

Skills- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, including working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills with the ability to be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Duties-The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician includes painting, and minor duties related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry and grounds/landscaping. This position will oversee and manage maintenance contracts. Must be able to complete work order forms, take direction, be organized and have the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, team members and clients. Must enjoy working with clients/employees at the various properties and take on all tasks with a friendly attitude. Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance. Perform maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance. This position requires flexibility. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing activities. Lifting and carrying of bulky or heavy items may be required. 


 

Residential Technician

Residential Techs observe and document patient behavior while providing a safe environment. Other duties include administration of medication, providing transportation and performing various tasks related to cleaning, cooking and laundry. Shifts available include daytime (8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.), evening (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) and overnights (10 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.). Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
