Heartview will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate that are newly licensed.

Heartview is searching for an excellent communicator with an upbeat attitude to serve as an Intake/Admissions Coordinator. The job duties require a large portion of the day speaking with prospective patients and family members to assist in a smooth enrollment into treatment services. Duties include scheduling appointments after the intake process is completed, verifying insurance and working with a multi-disciplinary team.
Education: High School equivalent with six months experience in an office setting.
Skills: The individual will have to be proficient in the use of computers, with the ability to navigate multiple insurance websites, a robust electronic health record, and Microsoft Excel. Great interpersonal skills for developing relationships with patients and staff are necessary. The individual will also have strong analytical reasoning skills for solving problems.

Heartview Foundation is in search of a motivated, caring, high-energy nurse interested in joining our team. A nursing degree is required along with the appropriate licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of North Dakota. Heartview will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate that is newly licensed.
Bismarck: This position can be full-time or part-time with priority being weekend hours (tentatively from 6:30am-10am). Flexible scheduling is available outside of the weekend hours. The position may participate in a rotating on-call schedule and working at various locations in the Bismarck area.
Cando: This position can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling. The position is required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Heartview Foundation, a non-profit substance use disorder treatment center, is expanding and searching for a full-time, part-time or contracted Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our team as a telehealth employee. The individual will be providing substance use disorder evaluations for our residential admissions, which occur Monday-Friday.
Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience as a Licensed Addiction Counselor completing drug and alcohol evaluations, diagnosing, and utilizing ASAM criteria when making Level of Care recommendations and currently licensed in the state of North Dakota.
Great communication and organizational skills are necessary. The individual will need to have a secure location to complete evaluations that are HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliant as well as a reliable internet connection. Proficiency in technology, including electronic health record, is a must. Preference for this position will be given to those individuals residing outside of the traditional Heartview service areas (Cando, Bismarck and Dickinson).

Residential Techs observe and document patient behavior while providing a safe environment. Other duties include administration of medication, providing transportation and performing various tasks related to cleaning, cooking and laundry. Shifts available include evening (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) and overnights (10 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.). Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Heartview Dickinson's residential unit is looking for individuals to work full or part time as Residential Technicians. Shifts may include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am and typically work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
