  • As a Case Manager at our Dickinson location, you will work closely with a team of professionals to provide crucial support to patients undergoing substance abuse treatment. The right individual will need to recognize addiction and related physical and behavioral health needs, demonstrate initiative, work on a team and independently, and utilize the electronic health record. Great communication and organizational skills are necessary. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of a culturally diverse patient population is also required. The individual will be organized yet flexible to respond to change and priorities and can establish respectable working relationships with patients, family members, team members, and community providers.

As a Residential Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our residential treatment unit and support the employees who work with our patients each day, all while upholding the highest standards of care here at Heartview Foundation.   • We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Donor Relations Manager at Heartview Foundation. In this role, you will be the face of the organization, representing Heartview Foundation with professionalism at meetings and community events, and ensuring adherence to the Foundation's mission, vision, and values.

    Your responsibilities will include researching and cultivating relationships with potential funders, ranging from individual community donors to business donors and Heartview Alumni. Building and maintaining profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current and potential donors will be a key focus, requiring the development of an annual fundraising plan and budget. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing 3-4 fundraising events annually, showcasing your event management skills.   • Heartview Foundation, a non-profit substance use disorder treatment center, is expanding and searching for a Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our team. The right individual for this position will work closely with a team of professionals to provide clinical services to patients involved in substance abuse treatment.

    The individual will need to be open to medication-assisted treatment and harm reduction concepts and be willing to do individual and group therapy as well as evaluations. Great communication and organizational skills are necessary. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of a culturally diverse patient population is also required

    A counseling degree is required along with the appropriate licensure as an Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota. Heartview will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate that is newly licensed.

  • Heartview Foundation is searching for a motivated, caring, high-energy nurse interested in joining our team. A nursing degree is required along with the appropriate licensure as an RN or LPN in North Dakota. Heartview will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate who is newly licensed.

    Potential for up to a $10,000 retention bonus and/or relocation assistance for the right candidate. This position is full-time with flexible scheduling. The position is required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.


  • Residential Techs observe and document patient behavior while providing a safe environment. Other duties include administration of medication, providing transportation, and performing various tasks related to cleaning, cooking, and laundry. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
