Now Hiring - Residential Manager

The Heartview Foundation, a non-profit substance use disorder treatment center is expanding and is searching for an individual to join our team as Residential Manager. The right individual for this position will direct and supervise residential staff members and patient care, as well as work closely with the leadership and clinical team at Heartview.
Licensure/Education - Must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field, and hold a current license in their area of practice.
Experience- Five or more years of experience working directly with the behavioral health needs of individuals, as well as two years in a supervisory role. Residential experience preferred.
Skills- Must provide abundant team leadership and implementation of services for patients. Ability to establish respectable working relationships with patients, family members, team members and community providers. Great communication and organizational skills are necessary. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of a culturally diverse patient population is also necessary.
