Reidential/Inpatient Services
If you need residential treatment or you are unsure what level of treatment you need, please contact the intake department by calling 701-751-6129. Intake office staff are often on the phone and may not be able to answer immediately. Please leave a voicemail and include:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
Calling the intake department is the first step to receiving answers about insurance or availability of residential treatment at our Bismarck, Cando and Dickinson locations.
Outpatient Services/Evaluations
If you are interested in outpatient services or receiving an evaluation, please come to our walk-in services in Bismarck or Dickinson. No appointment is needed; however, evaluation slots may fill quickly. If this happens, you may be asked to return the next day that evaluations are offered.
Bismarck- 101 E Broadway, Bismarck
- Walk-in Clinic Hours: Monday through Thursday, doors open at 7:45 a.m. and clinic runs until 10 a.m. CT (or until all available slots are full). No appointment is needed, but the number of patients able to be served each day depends on staff availability. Please contact the intake department at 701-751-6129 with any questions.
Dickinson- 30 7th St W (3rd Floor), Dickinson
- Walk-in Clinic Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30-11:30 a.m. MT (or until all available slots are full). No appointment is needed, but the number of patients able to be served each day depends on staff availability. Please call 701-502-4411, option 3, with questions.
Things to know about our walk-in clinic:
- A photo ID is needed. If you do not have this, an acquaintance may accompany you who has their own photo ID and can attest to your identity.
- If you do not have insurance, you will not be turned away, our staff will help you apply and you will be asked to return at a later date for an eval. You can call ahead to start this process: 701-222-0386, option 6.
- An evaluation can take up to 2 to 3 hours. Please be prepared to stay the entire time.
