Get ready for frightful fun! The Monster Mile Halloween 5K is back Oct. 11 and bigger than ever. Grab your costume and join us for a spooktacular morning filled with laughter, movement, and treats for the whole family. Whether you run like a ghost, stroll like a mummy, or dash like a superhero, this family-friendly event has something for everyone. Kids can join the .1 mile dash or enjoy free trick or treating at our fun-filled community booths. Let’s make this Halloween one to remember!

10:30 a.m.- Opening Ceremony and Marathon Refinery 5K Walk/Run
11:30 a.m.- FREE, Registration Not Required- Trick or Treating, Bobcat Spooky Sprint- .1 mile, Face Painting, Activities

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Walk-in Registrations will be accepted- $40 (includes visor and gloves, medals are sold-out)

FAQ
Should I wear a costume?
YES, everything is more fun in costume. Prizes will be awarded to the most creative, best group, best overall, best dog costume, and best kids’ costume.

Where do I go and what is the race course?
Here is a map of the 5K course. All other activities will take place on the west side of the Bismarck Elks Lodge (outside, the opposite side of the main entrance)

What about running-related race prizes?
Prizes will be given to the top 3 overall male and female runners.

Are dogs/strollers allowed?
YES

What if there is bad weather?
Every effort will be made to host the event as planned. However, if the event is unable to be held, tickets will be considered a donation to Heartview and are non-refundable. Arrangements will be made to distribute race swag to registrants.

What do the kids/little goblins get?
The Family Fun Day will include trick or treating, activities and the .1 mile race.
