Since 2021, our Opioid Treatment Program has grown from 150 patients to more than 300, with over 100 people walking through our doors every single day. We told the community that expansion was necessary and thanks to the generosity of the donors listed below, that expansion is well underway.
What's Changing
The expanded clinic allows two nurses to administer medications at the same time, cutting down wait times for the more than 100 patients who rely on us each day. We're also enlarging the group meeting room and expanding the small waiting area where 30 to 40 patients and recovery coaches gather every morning.
Our Progress So Far
Construction is happening in phases, and two of three are already complete:
- Phase One: We built over an old car ramp to create additional office space.
- Phase Two: The external door has been relocated and the expanded OTP space is already in use.
- Phase Three (underway now): Construction of the larger group meeting room.
Perhaps most remarkable of all, through every phase of construction, we have never stopped serving patients. Not one day of care has been missed.
A grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration will be scheduled once the project is fully complete, and we can't wait to celebrate that milestone with everyone who made it possible.
